Our week November 6th!

Date: 11th Nov 2017 @ 1:12pm

After a busy art week I can confirm the class was well and truly caked in paint on Friday afternoon! The children were very enthusiatic in all their work across the week, and I am looking forward to them being able to add the final touches to it over the next few days.

As well as all the art that was going on we also started the next section of our RE work. The children learnt about the Annunciation and its importance, before attempting to write a diary entry in the role of Mary recalling the events of that day. In Topic we applied all our learning before half-term on instruction writing to create our own set of instructions for how to construct a model stone circle similar to the ones we created. I was very pleased with how the children we able to recall key points but also put personal touches into their work.

This week in school is Anti-Bullying week. In class we will be discussing the topic from different points of view before preparing a contribution to the whole school Anti-Bullying assembly on Thursday afternoon. Parents are welcome to attend.

This week's homework----Balanced diet tracker.
