Let's celebrate our 2025 achievements...

Once again our RECEPTION outcomes exceed the local authority and national data

St Bede's RECEPTION GOOD LEVEL OF DEVELOPMENT : 84%  compared to the Local Authority 67% and National figures 68%

86% of pupils in Year 1 met the expected standard for PHONICS

Year 6 pupils exceeded national levels in Reading, Writing and Maths

87% of Year 6 pupils achieved expected standard in READING with almost half of the pupils, 48%, working at a 'greater depth' standard. Nationally only 33% of pupils are achieving this level!

 84% of Year 6 pupils achieved expected standard in MATHS with 42% of the pupils, working at a 'greater depth' standard. Nationally only 29% of pupils are achieving this level!

WRITING continues to be above national when achieving the expected standard St. Bede's 77% v National 74%

Our results are consistently above national levels, year after year our pupils have the skills and knowledge to support them into their next phase of education.
