Since the half term break we have shifted our Topic focus and begun to look more at modern Egypt. Well done for the River Nile research last week, this will come in very handy in class shortly!

This half term we have also been lucky enough to retain Mrs Reid from St.Nicholas for one of our PE lessons. After last half term's hockey work, we have now moved indoors and we will spend the next few weeks looking at interesting ways to use the gym equipment when travelling, turning and jumping.

Next week is Science Week at St. Bedes's. Throughout the week we will be doing various science task around the theme of 'Change' included an experiment, so make sure the children have their investigative heads on from Monday morning!

Finally, congratulations to all the children who celebrated their 1st Forgiveness on Saturday morning. It was a lovely service and it is a real treat to be able to be involved as your class teacher.
